Why we're starting a working archive — and what you'll find here.
- meta
This is the first piece in what will become a working archive of how Genisage thinks about regulated work — quality, regulatory, cGxP operations, and the data infrastructure those systems increasingly run on.
The goal isn’t thought leadership. It’s a public version of the notes we keep internally.
What you’ll find here
- Field notes. What we ran into on a real engagement and what we did about it. Numbers and frameworks where they help, hand-waving when they don’t.
- Working definitions. Terms that get used until they stop meaning anything — audit-ready, risk-based, data-driven. What they actually have to mean for the work to hold up under inspection.
- System patterns. What audit-ready quality, validation, and IT systems share, and where teams most consistently get stuck building them.
Who writes
The two founders, for now. Moj on quality and regulatory; Sean on the technology side. Posts will be signed.
What you won’t find
- “10 things every QA director needs to know in 2026.”
- LinkedIn-influencer compliance hot takes.
- Promotional content thinly disguised as analysis.
We work in a regulated industry. The bar for what passes as useful information is high. We’d rather post less and have it be worth your time.
If you want to know when new pieces go up, the RSS feed is at /rss.xml. For everything else — engagements, conversations, project work — the contact form is the right door.
